Peter J. Cullen, age 77  of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away April 20, 2017 in Stuart, Florida.

Pete was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed building and flying radio controlled airplanes. Pete was a proud veteran of the United States Navy where he served on the USS Monticello from Dec 31, 1957 to March 28,1961. He was a semi-tractor trailer driver working most recently for CTL Trucking out of Dalton, MA before his retirement in 2002. Following retirement, Pete moved to Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Survivors include wife of 40 years; Becky John-Cullen of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; son, Curtis Cullen of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; daughter, Carrie (John) Hitt of Scituate, Massachusetts; granddaughters, Sophia, Jeanette and Genevieve Hitt, all of Scituate, Massachusetts.

A Visitation was held on Monday, April 24, 2017  at Haisley Tribute Center in  Port Saint Lucie,

Cullen, Peter J., age 77, formerly of Pittsfield, died April 20th.    Graveside services for Mr. Cullen  will be held SATURDAY morning,  May 13, 2017 at 10:30 am in the St. Jude Section which is located in the upper level at St. Joseph Cemetery in Pittsfield, Massachusetts where   full  Military Honors  will be rendered. Following burial, there will be a reception at Zucchini’s Restaurant, 1331 North St. Pittsfield; All Are Welcome To Attend.
