Ruth E. McNulty

Ruth Eleanor McNulty, age 93, passed away at Hillcrest Commons Nursing and Care Center on February 29, 2024. 

Ruth was born in Springfield, MA and lived there nearly all her life. She was a graduate of Cathedral High School and worked as a bank teller for a number of years. 

She loved gardening and maintaining her home. Ruth was a great mother and grandmother, and her grandchildren called her Gramma Hat, referring to her fantastic style and choice in hats. 

She is survived by her son Chris "Twitty" McNulty of North Grafton, MA, and her daughter and son-in-law Mindy and Mike Bokuniewicz of Debary, FL. She also leaves her grandchildren, Jenny "Teapot" Perog (Trent Rivers) of Westfield, Michael Bokuniewicz (Emily Colby), Brian and Devan Bokuniewicz, all of Debary, FL, her great granddaughter Taylor Parker, her sister Mari Funai (Fran) of Springfield, her sister in law Shirley Talbot of VT and many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Raymond E. McNulty in 2008 and by her brothers, William, Jerome and Richard Talbot.

Services will be private for the family.
