Diane C Daigle, age 69, of Plymouth, CT and Pittsfield, MA died Monday, November 27, 2023 at Berkshire Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Fort Kent, Maine on May 12, 1954, Diane was a daughter of the late Omar and Cora Deschaine Daigle. She was raised in Sheffield and when she was younger, she worked for different restaurants in Great Barrington. She later worked for many years as a CNA at Timeberland Heights Nursing Home. She found great fulfillment in caring for others.
She was a talented gardener, especially tending to her flower gardens. She loved ice skating and taught much of her family to enjoy it as well. She was also fond of arts and crafts, especially knitting and ceramics.
Above all, Diane loved her family and was a woman of great faith.
She is survived by her partner of over 20 years, Mark Nobrega of Plymouth, CT, her daughter Correen Marie Daigle of Pittsfield, her son Eric Michael Daigle and his partner Jamie Stevenson of Springfield, and her beloved grandchildren, Hope Daigle and her partner Shaun Laughran, Amanda Daigle, Sierra Conway and her partner Jeffrey Williams, Erica Davis, Lylah Daigle and Nico Daigle. She also leaves 12 great grandchildren, her brothers Philip Daigle and Richard Daigle, both of CT, and many nieces and nephews.
Diane was predeceased by a grandson, Noel Joshua Daigle, a great grandson, Elijah Louis Perez, and brothers Frank, Robert and Jimmy Daigle.
SERVICES: Friends are invited to join with the family TUESDAY, December 5th beginning at 12PM with a celebration of life prayer service to begin at 1PM at the Devanny-Condron Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Diane will go towards the local Toys For Tots campaign. Anyone is welcomed and encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to the funeral home. Monetary contributions may be made payable to "Marine Corps League Pittsfield Detachment 137" and mailed to the funeral home at 40 Maplewood Ave. Pittsfield, MA 01201
