Kimberly Anne (North) Surbaugh sadly lost her battle with ALS on November 14, 2022. Kim was a caring daughter, mother, sister and friend to all who knew her.
Kim was born on August 6, 1970 in Hollywood, Florida. After moving to Richmond MA as a child, she attended local schools, graduating in 1988 from Taconic High School. She enjoyed a career of 33 years at Verizon and is loved by all who had the pleasure to work with her. Kim was supportive to her coworkers by being a member of the IBEW Local 2324 Executive Board. She also enjoyed volunteering and helping others, she was an active member of the NewVision Pioneers. Kim loved nothing more than spending time with her family and friends. She spent time traveling and visiting relatives in the Southern States and exploring Massachusetts. Kim was a known animal lover and an unwavering fan of the Boston Red Sox.
Kim leaves behind her parents, John and Carol North; Her daughter Jacqueline and her husband Ben who was like her son, her daughter Marissa and her husband David Graves, and their father Dale Surbaugh Jr. She also leaves the joys of her life, her grandchildren, Madalynn Surbaugh, David Graves and soon to be born Dominic Kim Graves; Cherished Sisters Sherrie Cardillo (Tom Duane) and Sue North; Brother, John North (Gil Torres); As well as Nieces and Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She will also be missed by her loving companion, Christopher Bunning and best friends, Kathy Casucci and Chris Casino.
