She and her beloved husband of 47 years, the late Martin J. Keehnle were married on September 9, 1950 at St. Mark's church in Pittsfield.
Marge enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and valued her lifelong friendships she and her husband shared. Her family fondly remembers their close friendship circles with "F-troop" and the "picnic group" as well as Marge's female friends in the "club".
She is survived by her four children, Karen Demary and her husband Walter (Puggy) of Pittsfield, Nancy Keehnle of Pittsfield, Mark Keehnle and his wife Melinda of Boston, MA and Maureen Keehnle of Des Moines, IA; eight grandchildren, Jeffrie Kreis, Jacque Kreis, Erin Kennedy, Jamie Lyon, Matt Lyon, Brendan Keehnle, Connor Keehnle, and Kimberly Keehnle; her sister Elaine LaDuke and sister-in-law Ellie Thebodo. She was predeceased by her husband Martin who died in 1997, brothers Lester and Gerald Thebodo, and her grandchild Kris Kreis.
The family would like to thank the dedicated health care professionals at Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center and Hospice Care in the Berkshires for their compassionate care of Marge in her final years.
