Nancy A. Weber peacefully transitioned from this world surrounded by love and light on December 23, 2017 at the age of 67 in her own home in Pittsfield.  She leaves behind her husband Michael; son, Michael (Tina); daughter, Stefanie (John); grandchildren, Nicholas, Josh, Alex, and Carson.

Born March 4, 1950 in Pittsfield to mother Antoinette Buzzanco and father Angelo Buzzanco, who both predeceased her.  Nancy was a graduate of St. Joseph's High School and The LeBaron Beauty Academy.  She was the owner of Hair's Lookin' At You beauty salon until partnering with friend and fellow stylist Lisa Wendling in the creation of New Image Salon in Pittsfield. 

Nancy was known for creating warmth and beauty. She was adventurous in her kitchen, welcoming and mentoring many in cooking the traditional foods of her ancestors, as well as exploring many new recipes and tastes. Her passion for serving others knew no bounds. She treasured her family and friends and thoroughly enjoyed caring for others. Nancy also took delight in growing and nurturing colorful and lively flowers and conversations.

In 1969, at the age of 19, Nancy married the love of her life, Michael, after a courtship of five years. She is survived by him, her children, and grandchildren along with her brother, Angelo "Steve" Buzzanco; stepmother, Josephine Buzzanco; beloved kitty, Smokey; and numerous other family members and friends whom she loved dearly.  

Nancy A. Buzzanco Weber, age 67, died Dec. 23rd. Calling hours are Thursday, December 28 from 3-6PM at the DEVANNY-CONDRON FUNERAL HOME. Praying of the Rosary will be at 6PM. Funeral Services will be held Friday morning, December 29th at 8:15 am from  the Funeral Home followed with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9:00 am at  St. Joseph's Church, 414 North St. Pittsfield with the Rev. Msgr. Michael A. Shershanovich, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. A reception will follow at the St. Joseph’s Church Parish Center.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate Nancy's life. Should friends desire, contributions may be made to The Fancy Nancy Foundation where funds will be distributed to Nancy's favorite charities and for ongoing remembrances. Condolences can be sent to PO Box 3094, Pittsfield, MA 01202. The family would like to thank for their efforts and care, Nancy's nurses at the Berkshire VNA and HospiceCare of the Berkshires; her attending physicians and nurses at Berkshire Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital and The Berkshire Cancer Center; staff and friends of Hope Lodge in Boston.
